For the best chance to be featured, submit your images and assets and make sure your Shoppe Online storefront is complete with your product catalog, lifestyle images, and a bit about your story. Not doing so will affect our ability to market you!

 

Best Practices for Submitting Images + Assets

 

LIFESTYLE IMAGES:

From artistic editorials to real-life settings, aim for professional, high-quality images that tell a story and make your products shine. We love seeing lots of variety—the more options you can send, the better!

  • High resolution: 300 dpi encouraged

  • No logos or watermarks

  • High-quality JPEG or PNG

 

PRODUCT IMAGES:

On-white silo images used for press submissions. 

  • High resolution: minimum 300 dpi

  • No logos or watermarks

  • High-quality JPEG or PNG

 

VIDEO:

Share professional, high-quality video content showcasing behind-the-scenes of your design or production processes, or products in a lifestyle setting. 

  • High resolution: minimum 1080p

  • Aspect Ratio: vertical 9:16 preferred

  • No logos or watermarks

  • Audio Quality:

    • Should be clear and free from background noise. 

    • Background music must be cleared for social media usage.

 
 

BEST PRACTICES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

BEFORE THE SHOW

Follow and tag @shoppeobject on Instagram!

  • Announce Your Participation: Start generating excitement! Include event dates, location, and your booth number.

  • Use Shoppe Object Promotional Assets: Posted HERE approximately one month before the show.

  • Post Sneak Peeks: Share teaser content—new launches, behind-the-scenes, or special offers that you’ll be bringing to the show.

  • Engage with Shoppe Object and Attendees: Like, comment, and share posts from the Shoppe Object social media channels and engage with other vendors and attendees. 

DURING THE SHOW

  • Live Posting: Post regularly! 

    • Share photos, videos, and highlights from your booth, demos, and interactions with attendees. 

    • Showcase product features, happy customers, and any exciting announcements.

  • Engage with Attendees: Be proactive! 

    • Respond to comments and messages promptly. 

    • Follow up with new connections on Instagram or LinkedIn. 

    • Encourage visitors to take photos and tag your brand. You can even incentivize this with a contest or giveaway.

      • i.e. "Take a selfie at our booth, tag us, and use #YourBrandAtTradeShow for a chance to win a [prize]."

  • Tag @shoppeobject in Stories: Shoppe Object reposts story tags during the show. There are hundreds of tags coming in every day. To maximize your opportunity to be reposted, create stories with:

    • Booth setup and arrival

    • Day-In-The-Life content

    • You and your team members interacting with customers and fellow vendors and exploring the show

AFTER THE SHOW

  • Share Success Stories: Post the highlights—photos, videos, and favorite moments from the show. If customers or industry leaders interacted with your product at the event, ask for testimonials or quotes that you can share on social media.

  • Follow Up with Leads and Contacts: Continue the conversation, nurture leads, and build connections using social media!

Unlike other platforms that use algorithms to feature “best-selling” products or “favorite” brands, we aim to feature brands equitably, large and small, for the live show and Shoppe Online, throughout the season.
