May 30, 2024: Email Notification of Booth location

June 4, 2024: Balance of Booth Payment due in Full

June 21, 2024: Paint Form Due and Wall Order Form Due (this is the last day to order additional walls/ request a custom booth build out)

July 8, 2024: Insurance - your COI - is due (Email to operations@shoppeobject.com) Click HERE for more information. Please read the instructions carefully and submit the correct information by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

July 15, 2024: Shoppe Online goes live

July 16, 2024: Last date to order fixtures, subject to availability

July 22, 2024: Exhibitor Employee Registration due click here

July 24, 2024: BTX Advanced Freight - Shipments received after Wednesday 7/24/24 may incur an after-deadline penalty (50% surcharge +standard drayage rate, $262.50 minimum for crates or flat rate of $175.00 for small packages)

Important: This season, Booth Kits will also be available for your reference - an email will be sent from operations@shoppeobject.com to notify you when these Booth Kits are live

WEDNESDAY, July 31
9AM – 5PM - Skylight at Essex Crossing Only day for Advance Freight receival (shipping carriers with crated freight only, no hand-carry and no Exhibitor setup) *Exhibitors are not permitted onsite on this day*

THURSDAY, August 1 
9AM – 8PM - Skylight at Essex Crossing Exhibitor Registration and setup
9AM - 5PM - Pier 36 Only day for Advance Freight receival (shipping carriers with crated freight only, no hand-carry and no Exhibitor setup)

FRIDAY, August 2 
9AM – 8PM - Skylight at Essex Crossing Exhibitor registration and setup
9AM – 8PM - Pier 36 Street Exhibitor registration and setup

SATURDAY, August 3 
9AM – 8PM - Skylight at Essex Crossing Exhibitor registration and setup
9AM – 8PM - Pier 36 Street Exhibitor registration and setup
9AM – 8PM - Kiosk & Nourish Exhibitor registration and setup (regardless of venue)

SUNDAY, August 4
7AM – Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 6PM - Show open

MONDAY, August 5
8AM – Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 6PM - Show open

TUESDAY, August 6
8AM – Exhibitor access to the show floor
9AM – 6PM - Show open
6PM – 11PM - Empty crate return and exhibitor tear down & load out

Pier 36 booths must be completely packed and vacated and all freight MUST be removed by 11PM

No freight may be left at Pier 36 other than FedEx and UPS pick ups (please see the shipping section for additional information on these pick ups). These items should be removed from the booth and left in the designated area (determined onsite)

WEDNESDAY, August 7
8AM – 12PM Noon - Skylight at Essex Crossing Exhibitor Packing
5PM - Skylight at Essex Crossing freight deadline.  All freight must be picked up from Essex Street by 5pm.
