Walls & Paint

The deadline to order additional walls/request a custom booth build out/order booth painting is June 12, 2025. Late requests will not be accepted.

Only island booths and certain in-line booths may order additional walls to create custom displays.  

Island booths should never use walls to create walled perimeters to their spaces.

Exhibitors may not paint their walls themselves.  Those interested in wall paint, may purchase painting through Shoppe Object using the form below.  The booth will be painted prior to your arrival.  Pricing includes the cost of the paint, labor and materials to paint the booth as well as to refurbish the walls post-show.

  • If you would like to have your booth painted, please submit a layout via this form for approval, by June 12: Paint Form. 

  • If you would like to add additional wall panels to your booth, please submit a layout via this form for approval, by June 12: Wall Order Form.

Lighting

The deadline to order all fixtures and power for your space is June 12, 2025. Late requests will not be accepted.

All booths will come with overhead aluminum truss and track lighting. Lights are LED and comparable to a 90 watt halogen flood. Lights are Par38 and have a color temperature of 3000k. Spots and narrow floods are available upon request. Exhibitors may not use their own exhibition lighting. You may purchase additional lighting within your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. If you are unable to locate your contract link, please email sales@shoppeobject.com.

Booths will come with 1 light per 4' wide panel. For example, a 4'x8' booth will come with 4 lights. Shoppe Kiosks will come with 2 lights. For non-standard booths, please email operations@shoppeobject.com to inquire about your lighting package.

Power

Booths do not come with a power source. You may purchase a power source (15amps and comparable to a home outlet) within your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. Should you require a larger power source, please email operations@shoppeobject.com

Rigging

Exhibitors may hang items from the truss with the approval of the production company. Please email operations@shoppeobject.com with any rigging requests. Please include descriptions with weights.

Fixtures Available to Rent

The deadline to order all fixtures and power for your space is June 12, 2025. Late requests will not be accepted.

The following fixtures are available for rent. This would be in addition to any fixtures ordered with your contract. Please note that the deadline to order any fixtures is June 12, 2025. Advanced ordering will close on June 12 and additional orders will be handled onsite at the Exhibitor Services Desk and subject to availability. Certain fixtures will incur an onsite fee if ordered after June 12. Onsite pricing is listed below. 

No refunds will be given for fixtures not utilized so please plan and order accordingly.

You may purchase fixtures through your Exhibitor Dashboard which is accessed by clicking on your original contract link. If you are unable to locate your contract link, please email sales@shoppeobject.com

Please note: All fixtures (tables, chairs, shelving, etc.) whether rented or exhibitor’s own must be entirely contained within the booth dimensions. NO EXCEPTIONS.

GHOST CHAIR
Clear molded polycarbonate: $10 per chair, $25 per chair onsite

CLOTHING RACK
White metal garment rack measuring 71"W x 66" H: $125 per rack, $225 per rack onsite

SHELVING UNITS*
Black powder coated metal unit with two opaque white plexi shelves.

  • (NEW!) MEDIUM: 44”L x 14”W x 36”H: $150, $250 onsite

*Products can be displayed on Shoppe Object shelving units and racks available for rental, or the exhibitor’s own fixtures, subject to Shoppe Object management approval.

Please note: Shoppe Object electric dropped cords are designed for American fixtures. If you are bringing an internationally designed fixture, you may require a plug adapter and possibly a converter, as our outlets are designed for American fixtures. Please email operations@shoppeobject.com by June 12 if this applies to you, so we can arrange for appropriate power for your space, if needed.
