BREAKDOWN & LOAD OUT

SECTION LEADERS

Your booth has a section leader that will be available on the floor during setup and load out. They will assist with any questions and will be able to provide EMPTY and TRASH stickers among other things. If you are not sure who your section leader is please ask us at Exhibitor Services!

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

For all things concerning your physical booth, including wall panels, wall paint, damage fee queries, package deliveries, booth signage and more, please feel free to come up to us at the Exhibitor Services Desk for help.

EMPTY CONTAINER RETURN

Empty containers that were stored during the show will be returned between 6PM – 8PM on Tuesday, August 6. Please note that you may not receive your empties until very late and must plan accordingly. We cannot make arrangements for you to receive your empties back early.

No early breakdown is allowed. If you have walls, all items must be removed/dismantled from the walls prior to your departure – this includes nails, hooks, vinyls, etc. – and all brand products must be packed into boxes, bags, or crates by the deadline. 

All items shipped or hand-carried into the venue must be completely removed by the end of breakdown.
