Self Loading & Unloading At Pier 36

Please note that public parking will now be available at Pier 36 again! Porter service with hand carts will be located at the unloading zone and will be available during exhibitor setup and breakdown hours; first come, first serve. Additional instructions will be sent in the load in email, the week prior to the show. Please see the Shipping section for more information.

There is a hard stop at 8PM. Should you need extra time beyond our setup days, you will have access to the venue at 7AM on Sunday, February 4. Take note that doors will open for attendees at 9AM.

Self Loading & Unloading At Skylight at Essex Crossing

Porter service with hand carts will be located at the unloading zone and will be available during exhibitor setup and breakdown hours; first come, first serve. Additional instructions will be sent in the load in email, the week prior to the show. Kindly note that there is only temporary unloading parking only.  Once you have unloaded, you will need to move your vehicle to a nearby garage.  Please see the Shipping section for more information.

Inbound Shipping to Both Venues

With our recent expansion, we would like to inform you that exhibitors are no longer required to ship their materials in advance to BTX's warehouse. 

While this option still exists for your convenience, we understand that you may have trusted shipping preferences. That's why we'd like to emphasize that you have the flexibility to choose any shipper that best suits your needs.

Advanced Freight

If you will be shipping your CRATED freight to the show site before load in, please ensure your shipment arrives on the appropriate day for your location:

Skylight at Essex Crossing: Wednesday, July 31

Pier 36: Thursday, August 1

Your freight will be placed in your booth prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT: 

• Advanced freight is for crated shipments only. Soft packed shipments must be sent to the show site on your designated load in days. Shipments will be received from the beginning of load in to the end of load in. 

• No exhibitors will be allowed onsite on Advanced Freight Days.

• Any shipments that arrive before Wednesday July 31 (for Skylight Essex Crossing) or Thursday August 1 (for Pier 36) will be refused by the venue and returned. 

• Please label all shipments clearly with your name, brand name, booth number and contact details.

Your packages will need to arrive at the BTX Global warehouse on/between July 1 and July 24, 2024.

The last day they will be accepted at the BTX Global warehouse is July 24, 2024. All items will be brought to the venue, placed in your booth, and be ready for you on setup day.

• Regular freight -  Shipments received after Wednesday 7/24/24 may incur an after-deadline penalty (50% surcharge + standard drayage rate - $262.50 minimum charge).

• Small packages - Shipments received after Wednesday 7/24/24 will be assessed at the freight drayage rate ($175.00minimum charge).

For exhibitors who will be shipping internationally, the show recommends contacting Phoenix International.  Phoenix International is an international freight forwarding service who will guide you through the process of shipping your products from your location to Shoppe Object.
