Shipping Definitions:

Freight — freight means any large items that are crated or palletized

Small Packages — small packages are individual boxes or packages that you would typically ship via FedEx or UPS

Hand Carried Items — hand carried items are items that you would typically bring with you to the show via car, truck or taxi, to unload yourself

 
 

Self Loading & Unloading (POV Only)

THURSDAY, JANUARY 30: 5PM - 11PM
FRIDAY, JANUARY 31:  5PM - 11PM

  • Please note that there is limited unloading space for roughly 15 personal vehicles at one time. 

  • There will be a loading and unloading zone on the North side of 26th Street that is first-come, first-serve. 

  • Exhibitors will have 30 minutes to unload and then must move their vehicle. 

  • Porter service with hand carts will be located at this unload zone and will be available during exhibitor setup and breakdown hours; first come, first serve. Additional instructions will be sent in the load in email, the week prior to the show. Please see the Shipping section for more information.

There is a hard stop at 8PM. Should you need extra time beyond our setup days, you will have access to the venue at 7AM on Sunday, February 2. Take note that doors will open for attendees at 9AM.

Inbound Shipping

WE HAVE SOME VERY IMPORTANT UPDATES! PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

  • Please note that all crated and palletized freight must be shipped in advance to BTX. We are unable to accept freight onsite at any time from any other carrier. 

  • You may use FedEx/UPS for SMALL PACKAGES ONLY

  • FedEx & UPS may deliver small packages only Thursday, January 30 and Friday, January 31 between 9AM - 5PM only.  Deliveries from those carriers outside of those times, or consisting of very large freight will be refused. These packages will not be delivered directly to your booth.  

Any packages that arrive at the show site outside of these times (via a carrier other than BTX) will be refused by the venue.

Please ensure your freight fits within these dimensions before shipping your product, to avoid complications onsite.

Advanced Freight with BTX Global

Advanced shipping of any crated/palletized freight to show site is ONLY available through BTX Global. We are unable to accept freight onsite at any time from any other carrier.  

BTX Global is the official carrier of Shoppe Object. We have a longstanding relationship with the team and can confidently recommend BTX as a solid choice for shipping your product to and from the event.

Please note that there are many benefits to shipping with BTX:

  • BTX will confirm by email once the shipment is received, giving you peace of mind knowing that your shipment has arrived and will be delivered to the show.

  • If tracking information is provided to BTX, they will track and advise if they see any delays or issues.

  • You will receive higher visibility if shipments are received short or damaged.

  • Multiple shipments will be consolidated for delivery to your booth.

  • Packages will be placed in your booth and kept together.

  • You can save time by not having to try to locate packages at the show site.

Your packages will need to arrive at the BTX Global warehouse on/between 1/2/25 – 1/22/25

The last day they will be accepted at the BTX Global warehouse is 1/22/25. All items will be brought to the venue, placed in your booth, and be ready for you on setup day.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Regular freight: Shipments received after Shipments received after Wednesday 1/22/25 may incur an after-deadline penalty (50% surcharge + standard drayage rate - $337.50 minimum charge).

  • Small packages: Shipments received after Wednesday 1/22/25 will be assessed at the freight drayage rate ($225.00 minimum charge).

For exhibitors who will be shipping internationally, the show recommends contacting Phoenix International.  Phoenix International is an international freight forwarding service who will guide you through the process of shipping your products from your location to Shoppe Object.
