INSURANCE

Please note: We do NOT have the option to purchase Insurance through Shoppe Object this season - so please pay attention to the below. 

Please note that all exhibitors must provide their own Certificate of Insurance (COI). Prior to sending your COI to operations@shoppeobject.com, please ensure all verbiage is exactly correct and  the policy covers the dates of the show - including set up and breakdown.

For insurance, you may either:

1.   Send your own COI through your insurance company to operations@shoppeobject.com. If you choose this path, please note the requirements below:

• Each Exhibitor must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) that covers general liability and workers compensation coverage.

• The policy must be in effect over all dates of the show. 

• All certificates MUST name the following entities EXACTLY as additional insured: 

“Shoppe Object, The City of New York, RXR, RXR Realty LLC, RXR Development Services LLC, RXR Construction Services LLC, RXR Residential Services LLC, RXR Property Management LLC, RXR SL Owner LLC, RXR SL TRS LLC, RXR SL Investor LLC, RXR’s managing agent or general partner, if any, and each superior lessor and superior mortgagee, its affiliates and/or subsidiary companies as exist now or may exist in the future are included as additional insureds as respects work and/or services performed at 601 W26th Street, New York NY”

• All certificates MUST list the following address as the Certificate Holder: 
  “Shoppe Object Owner LLC, Blackstone Inc. Holdings -Q LLC, 475 South Grand Central Parkway, Suite 1615, Las Vegas, NV 89106”

•  Limits need to be $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

2.   Although we are unable to provide an insurance option through Shoppe Object, all domestic and international exhibitors may purchase insurance DIRECTLY through the appropriate link below for $65. 

IMPORTANT: Following your purchase, you MUST send a copy of your COI to operations@shoppeobject.com by the deadline, or your insurance will not be considered submitted.

Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the links provided above must be in place prior to the above deadline. You will not be allowed to move-in/exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place.
