Please note: We do NOT have the option to purchase Insurance through Shoppe Object this season - so please pay attention to the below.
Please note that all exhibitors must provide their own Certificate of Insurance (COI). Prior to sending your COI to operations@shoppeobject.com, please ensure all verbiage is exactly correct and the policy covers the dates of the show - including set up and breakdown.
For insurance, you may either:
1. Send your own COI through your insurance company to operations@shoppeobject.com. If you choose this path, please note the requirements below:
Each Exhibitor must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) that covers general liability and workers compensation coverage.
The policy must be in effect over all dates of the show.
All certificates MUST name the following entities as additional insured:
“Shoppe Object, The City of New York, Basketball City USA, LLC and Basketball City New York, LLC, Skylight Asset Management, LLC, its parent, and all other affiliates”
All certificates MUST list the following address as the Certificate Holder:
“Shoppe Object Owner LLC, Blackstone Inc. Holdings -Q LLC, 475 South Grand Central Parkway, Suite 1615, Las Vegas, NV 89106”
Limits need to be $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
IMPORTANT: All Exhibitors are required to send a copy of their COI by July 8 - regardless of whether the COI sent for the February 2024 show is still valid.
2. Although we are unable to provide an insurance option through Shoppe Object, all domestic and international exhibitors may purchase insurance DIRECTLY through the appropriate link below for $65.
Note: in order to do this you must wait until your venue location is confirmed. Booth numbers and venue location will be shared prior to the show (see Schedule Deadlines & Important Dates page for exact dates).
IMPORTANT: Following your purchase, you MUST send a copy of your COI to operations@shoppeobject.com by the deadline, or your insurance will not be considered submitted.

Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the links provided above must be in place prior to the above deadline. You will not be allowed to move-in/exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place.
