Setup & Load-In 

WE HAVE SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES! PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

 

All exhibitors are required to complete setup by Saturday, February 1 at 8PM

Section Leaders

Your booth has a section leader that will be available on the floor during setup and load out. They will assist with any questions and will be able to provide EMPTY and TRASH stickers among other things. If you are not sure who your section leader is, please ask us at the Exhibitor Services Desk.


Exhibitor Services

For all things concerning your physical booth, including wall panels, wall paint, damage fee queries, package deliveries, booth signage and more, please feel free to come up to us at the Exhibitor Services Desk for help. 


Hiring Labor for Installation

If you need assistance with basic installation during setup or breakdown, tasks such as unpacking, merchandising, assembling IKEA furniture etc., we would recommend contacting Art Handler Collective.

Fixtures Upon Arrival

  • THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2025
    5PM – 11PM - Exhibitor hand carry unloading only (nothing crated or palletized)

  • FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025
    9AM – 11PM - Exhibitor registration and setup (no load in from 9AM - 5PM, load in will be from 5PM - 11PM - nothing crated or palletized)

  • SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2025
    9AM – 8PM - Exhibitor registration and setup and load in

*Kindly note that Kiosk and Nourish exhibitors are not able to check in until Saturday February 1. No kiosk stands will be set up prior to this time.

Please ensure that you come equipped with all materials required for your setup, including step ladders, drills, tape measures, etc. Equipment will not be available to rent or borrow.
